We visited Baiyun Mountain and the Yuntai Gardens. The gondola ride up to the top of the and the view from up there were wonderful. It is a Chinese national holiday here, Tomb Sweeping Day, so the locals are off work and school and the place was packed with people. (see below pic of people waiting to get on the gondola to go to the top of the mountain.) We purchased the kids some bubbles once we got to the top and they had fun blowing them.
We didn't get to see much of the garden due to the aforementioned meltdown referenced in the previous blog post. Every day brings something new and a little more learning.
PS-Boo is totally and purposefully paying me back for all the photos I've taken of him over the years. It's okay. I'm trying to get used to it.
