The rest of Halloween

Sock monkey got her very own post.

But don't think I could let Halloween slip by without showing off our ninjas.  We were well protected from all ghouls and goblins.
Seriously, this girl has some moves!
Of all the costumes, this boy chose a sheet.  And he made a wonderful ghost!
We also had a couple baseball players who found their disguises in the eleventh hour.  If you've followed the blog for a while, Bianca, Livy's BFF, is pretty much my 8th child.  Don't tell her mama, but I'm considering keeping her permanently.
A nerd.  Suddenly she got old enough to want to have a costume again.
And then the trick-o-treating commenced.
Mimi was the first to give out, only making it a few houses.  Jude followed about 30 minutes later.  Hauling all that candy around can take it out of ya!
But Tess hung in there till the end, eventually hooking up with the bigger boys and doubling back to some houses.  In the beginning, each house she would come to she would say,
Trick-o-treat.  And my mom says I can't come in your house.
Hope everyone else had fun with their little goblins.
And has successfully raided their children's candy bags and stolen and hidden all the Reese's Peanut Butter Cups.  Not that I would do that or anything.

{Don't forget to enter the giveaway for the gorgeous baby quilt in the post below!}

  4. Great stuff Nancy - our guys got about 2/3's of the loop done when they had to pass our house across the street - and between the cold and damp that was just too much for them - so we caved in and quit! Still - WAY too much candy but fun!!

    hugs - aus and co.
