Reportedly, the computer system in HCMC has been down for 4 days now.
Really? A U.S. government building with the computer system down for 4 days? Do they expect me to believe that?
Or perhaps this just the latest in a long string of strategies to delay uniting orphaned children with loving families... If this is their highly touted "new and improved communication system" then we're up the proverbial creek.
How long would you accept this excuse before going ballistic?
